In the wake of wanton killings and unnecessary waste of lives of innocent Nigerians, the Nigeria sensational singer Asa was frustrated to make comments having been out of the limelight for sometime.
This week has been a very tough one for Nigeria and Nigerians. The same week has so many tragedy in it such as Plateau killings, Police-butchers clash in Bodija Ibadan, Ojuelegba accident where a trailer carrying plywood fell from the bridge on vehicles. And now, 54 vehicles and 9 people confirmed burnt to no recognition at Berger, Lagos following a fuel laden tanker accident.
Like every other Nigerians, the French-Nigerian singer and songwriter, Asa made her thought known in a poetic content via her Twitter account. She tweeted
“I feel the destinies of those who are meant to be the best are in the hands of liars.”
Her comments get so much attention in a short while. Most replies insinuated that she is putting blames on the leaders which they also feel is the problem while others are interested in her whereabout.
