The first quarter final game in the FIFA World Cup, Russia 2018 has been done and dusted.
At the end, it was simple for France to defeat Uruguay compare to the game hype. Though it was a good game where much chances were not created.
France central defender, Varane scored the first goal from set piece in the first half. He nodded a good cross into the net leaving the Uruguay goalkeeper, Muslera in awe.
The South America team came out tough in the second half searching for the equaliser before France catches them on a counter, the defence were in good position leaving Griezman with no options than to shoot from range. He did and luckily for the Frenchman Muslera parried the ball into his net. He could not celebrate the unbelievable goal in the 61st minute.
